Working with Bird Infrastructure has been an extraordinary experience. Bird allowed me to spread my wings and learn all different aspects within the company and industry which led me to pursue my career with their Health & Safety team. The executives lead the flock with expertise and compassion, challenging us to be the best we can be.

When I started at Bird 14 years ago, I was looking for a place where I could learn and grow my career. What I found was so much more than that. Thanks to the support and guidance of my superiors and colleagues, I was able to take my career to the next level.

Being a member of Local 46 Union for 17 years and having had the opportunity to work with many companies, Bird Infrastructure is one of the companies that stands out from the rest. Over the last 10 years with Bird, I have been given the opportunity for growth in my trade through daily challenges that push me to be my best. This commitment to excellence is instilled by the executives, down to the forepersons, and to all employees. The accomplishments I have achieved so far in my career are in part due to being a part of the supportive team at Bird Infrastructure.

I’ve been at Bird for 15 years, and it’s been a great company to work for. Bird is always staying up to date with the latest technology, finding ways to integrate it into the company and our fabrication shop. That could mean new welding helmets for the team or the latest welding machine from Fronius. Bird is always focused on improving the working environment for their people.
